Started by John Taranella and John Gregory, Custom Designed Security, Inc. has grown to become one of the most respected and sought after mid size alarm and low voltage wiring companies in New Jersey.
With over twenty years of experience in the industry, our service and installation manager Mr. Brian Heath oversee our day to day installation and service needs. His attention to detail and work ethic reward our customers with trouble free systems that require a minimum of service.
All of our technicians are required to undergo a rigorous training schedule before they are permitted to work alone on an installation without the supervision of our manager. Customers can rest assured that their installation will be done by trained qualified employees and not sub contractors. All of our customers have 24 hour access to our service staff as well as the officers of the corporation. Only new recently purchased equipment is incorporated into our installations. This assures our customers that they will receive the complete manufacturers warranty.
Our installations are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for a one year period from the date of completion. All equipment used in the installation is guaranteed as per the manufacturer.
We have been servicing and installing First Alert Security Systems in the state of New Jersey longer then any other security company and we are an authorized Sentinel Security System storage facility security dealer as well as an Audiotech Intercom distributor. We do not mass market or advertise. All of our work is obtain through customer referrals or builders that have found a custom company like ours to be an asset to the homeowners they are contracted with.
